Chef Max’s Famous Asian Peanut Sauce

kale cups“YUMMMM” “Awesome!”

“Delicious!” “AMAZING!”  Members love Chef Max’s Asian Peanut Sauce, so we’re sharing the recipe.  Serve it up over sweet potatoes and kale or anything else that grabs your fancy.  (This photo was with crispy kale in wonton cups.  It’s ridiculously good!)

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 ½ tsp Ground Ginger
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Tamari
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

This sauce is EASY.  Mince your garlic, then put all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir well.

Add a little water until it’s thin enough to spread.   (We found 2 to 4  tablespoons was just right.)  Serve over steamed or roasted vegetables, rice, noodles or anything else you can imagine.

That’s it.  Enjoy!

Serves: 2
