Chef Max has sampled culinary delights from around the globe and we are always trying to bring you a diverse sampling of international flavors and tastes (of course with a unique Meez spin). This week is a stunning example. We have drawn inspiration from Italy with the the Pasta with Spinach Pesto and Salmon Al Sugo Bianco and Thailand with the Himalayan Red Rice with Bangkok Basil Crunch, created a little cross-cultural fusion with Kung Pao Steak Tacos and stayed classic with the Mexican Pozole.
