Shrimp Caldo Rojo

Our newest shrimp dish is a one-pot-wonder that you can prepare with 15 minutes of hands-on time and only 30 minutes to the table!  It starts with our unique Mexican-spice-blend, tomato-chili-sauce (caldo rojo) and finishes with plenty of black beans, carrots, celery, corn and hominy.  It leads off a deliciously flavorful week that also includes the return of a true Meez classic – Pasta with Spinach Pesto, the delicate Caper Tilapia with Parsley and Potatoes, Thai Sirloin Steak Udon Bowl, and Waldorf Salad with Grilled Chicken.
