We use only premium Norwegian salmon that is responsibly fished so it’s free from dyes, antibiotics, and industrial grain-based diets. This week offers the king of all Meez salmon dishes – the Southwestern Salmon with Fresh Corn Salsa. We are taking our ultra-high quality Norwegian Salmon filet and coating it with mildly spicy Southwestern spices, serving it over our cauliflower “rice” and topping it with the brightest, freshest corn salsa you will ever taste. We also have the Sweet Potato Kale & Rice Bowl with Peanut Sauce, Shrimp Tostadas, Chicken Tikka Masala and other fantastic recipes to round out the week.  Responsibly fished seafood.
