Jambalaya was created in the French Quarter of New Orleans as the Spanish were attempting to make paella in the new world.  With no disrespect to our friends in Spain or Louisiana, we think our Shrimp and Andouille Jambalaya is the best we have ever tasted. It starts with a smoky, flavorful andouille sausage link browned perfectly for optimum flavor, classic mildly-spicy, seasoned Cajun veggies, rice and, for the piece de resistance, our new premium shrimp.  There are other full-flavored items on the menu this week too like the Roasted Zucchini with Guacamole Rice, Red Pepper Unda with Balsamic Cream, and Brazilian Farro with Roasted Pineapple.
