All-Natural Chicken Double Feature

The week features two of the chicken recipes we are most proud of.  The magic of the Buttermilk Broccoli Salad with Nut-Crusted Chicken is the crunchy combination of walnuts, almonds, pecorino and panko around our cage-free, all-natural, hormone and anti-biotic free, chicken breast. Right behind that delicious recipe is our Fontina Baked Chicken – a fantastic Italian dish with melted Fontina, balsamic-glazed greens, and cream sauce.  The menu also includes Udon Noodles with Spicy Green Beans, the Loaded Mozzarella Quesadilla entree, Kung Pao Steak Tacos that are not to be missed and many more.  Locally-sourced, all-natural chicken.
