Did you know that pancakes date back to the 5th century BC and were enjoyed by ancient Greek poets? As far as we know, the ancient Greeks never dared to create a dinner pancake with fontina cheese, spinach, citrus cream cheese, and basil & corn relish, but our members tell us that this combination of items truly is the stuff of poetry.
