The Anti-Thanksgiving Menu

When you know you are going to be indulging next week in roasted turkey on Thursday and turkey sandwiches for lunch on Friday, who wants to spend time cooking Thanksgiving type fare for dinner the rest of the week? We tasked our chef with a selecting a menu of items that are ALL 30 MINUTES OR LESS and have flavors and tastes that are the opposite of Thanksgiving. The Pozole de Pescado (above) has mild tilapia, corn, black beans, a Mexican broth and crunchy tortilla chips. We are offering Crispy Polenta with Feta & Mushrooms, Thai Red Curry Soup, and Steak and Fingerling Potato Salad with Kale and Cranberries. (OK so maybe we were taken with the holiday spirit just a little bit with the cranberries.) There are lots of other great items this week as well. Healthy meals in a heartbeat. No minimum order. Never locked into a meal plan. That’s the magic of Meez!
